Great show George! I am currently biking in Alsace, France and belted out Simple Simian biking through the fields. Hadn't heard that tune in quite a while.

Re: The Copernican model of a B-52 Flying Fortress mentioned in the Horrorscopes

The B-17 (think Memphis Belle) is actually the bomber known as the 'Flying Fortress', a name given by a Seattle Times reporter upon seeing the prototype for the first time in 1935. The name stuck, and Boeing wisely trademarked the moniker, utilizing the 'fortress' name for two more bombers, the B-29 Superfortress (think Enola Gay) and the B-52 Stratofortress (think Linebacker bombing missions over North Vietnam, and not Fred Schneider).
