I was also glad that Mr. Hrab answered my about important dates in christian history. Although I felt like my question was slightly misunderstood. I was well aware of the christian church co-opting significant pagan dates/festivals to fit their religious worldview. I was more wondering why, if people believed a man named Jesus was born, was crucified, then came back from the dead, did they not feel it was important to record the date of these events? BTW, I liked the 1st shorter answer better.

I thought Mr. Sparkle was made in the forests of Hokkaido, renowned for it's countless soap factories.

"Speaking of portal, I gotta go do something."

That's a dangerous comment around gaming geeks. Surely just coincidence...

Regarding Easter being the first Sunday after the first full Moon after the equinox: that's actually *because* of a calendar. The Hebrews used (and still use) a lunar calendar, so Passover starts on the 15th day of the month of Nisan (if I'm remembering correctly -- I'm not Jewish and not particularly well versed in the topic).

The Stones' "Steel Wheels" tour got ridiculed as "The Geriatric Tour" -- and it was 22 years ago. If they can last five more years, their post-Steel-Wheels career will have been longer than pre-SW.

It's amazing what you can do with preservatives these days.

Geo,

I am sooooo happy that you got that letter and answered about pseudoscientific shows. I just finished the series "The Dead Zone" a few weeks ago, and was feeling a bit guilty about how much I enjoyed it. :)

That being said: Numb3ers?!?!?!?!? What?!?!?!?!?!
