I'm just listening to the podcast right now, but I am almost as permanent in regards to permanent living like you.
My parents moved a few months after I was born so I don't remember the first place I lived in at all, we stayed for 10 years in that next place, then moved to a house less than 200m removed where I still live 33 years after that. I just moved within that house a few years ago
Geo...Did you ever hear the song "The House That Built Me" written by Tom Douglas and Allen Shamblin? It has the same sentiments that you describe in your story about your Aunt's house. Thought you might be interested... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQYNM6SjD_o http://theboot.com/miranda-lambert-the-house-that-built-me-lyrics/
Here are some great performances in shitty films (in my opinion) :
Tom Hanks in most of his career after Big (most notably Philadelphia and Forest Gump)
Albert Brooks in The Muse
Jennifer Garner in Dude, Where's My Car?
Kate Winslet in Holy Smoke and Titanic
